Obituary of Neil Rankin

Neil Rankin , age 52, of North Wales formerly of Hatboro  died suddenly on Tuesday January 30th after a 9 year struggle with heart disease. He was the son of the late James T. and Maureen ( O' Neill ) Rankin Sr. ; brother of Gerald T., John Francis, Kevin E. ( Nancy ), his beloved and cherished sister Kristina Weitoish ( Frank ) and the late James T. Jr. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews. Neil was a graduate of Germantown Academy (1983) and Washington & Lee University (1987). He was an avid reader and passionate about his God, family and country. He was a superb athlete and loved sports. He was also known as a terrific cook professionally and at home. He was simply a good guy. Relatives and friends may greet the family Monday 10 A.M. at Mary Mother of  The Redeemer Church 1325 Upper State Rd. North Wales. Memorial Mass 11 A.M. Interment St. John Neumann Cemetery Chalfont.
