Obituary of Alice G. Taylor

Alice L. Taylor of Warminster died peacefully on July 21st, 2018 surrounded by her husband Gene Taylor and children William Manion, Rita Manion and Alice M. Geiger. She is also survived by her grandchildren William and Lexie Manion. She was the daughter of the late Louis A. and Alice M. (McMackin) Garbay.  Alice is predeceased by other family members including her cousin Cassie Murray, who was like a sister to her. Alice was a Legal Secretary for a Philadelphia law firm in the 1950's.She later worked as a substitute Teacher at St. Coleman's in Pittsburgh and St. Joseph Parish in Warrington. She also volunteered helping the Sister's in both parishes. Alice also worked at Prudential Insurance in Horsham for many years, helping long term customers until her retirement. Alice loved going to the shore and spent many happy Summers with her family at the beach. Alice was a kind, lovely lady and a great mother and friend. She always made time to help someone else and offer kind words when needed most. She had a great sense of humor. Alice suffered with Rheumatoid Arthritis for many years, but she never complained. She instead took a brighter path, always with her beautiful smile and an open heart. She loved her family and their pets. She loved life. She will be missed.
