Above all, Rick was a devoted, loving husband. His long-standing marriage was the one thing he was most proud of (aside from Steever Manor). Those that truly knew him understood the constant, internal conflicts of his pain. Some lovingly referred to him as a “basement dweller” where he was able to sleep and turn off the anguish. Every minute of every day he struggled with addiction. He should now be at peace, but his soul has not rested. It soon will, Rick. I promise you that. To his friends that took advantage of him and to his family that dishonored him, your time will come. Rick knows what you all have done.
