Obituary of Cynthia A. Henry

Cynthia (McCann) Henry of Warminster passed away on March 24th, 2021 at the age of 65. She was preceded in death by her husband John Henry who was her best friend and love of her life, as well as her father Harry McCann and sister Theresa Marcell (Rich). Cindy is survived by her mother Faie (Judy) McCann and sister Anita McCann (Tom Keenan). In addition to her mother and sister, she is survived by her extended in-law family - Ed Henry (Maureen), Mary Henry, Margaret Hiegl (Steve), Joanne Heger (Bob), Kevin Henry, as well as nieces and nephews. Cindy graduated from Archbishop Wood in June 1973 and began her career working for the Defense Logistics Agency for the Department of the Navy in August 1973 as a Quality Control Analyst where she worked for 40 years. She received an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Penn State University in 2006, then retired in April 2013. Cindy loved to travel and enjoyed being a tourist by experiencing adventures such as swimming with the dolphins, climbing the Mayan Pyramid stairs, and flying in a scenic helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon. She and John frequently vacationed at the Jersey Shore and PA Wilds. Cindy supported wildlife conservation by adopting a dolphin. She was a gardening enthusiast and backyard bird watcher. Cindy was well known for her quick wit and sense of humor, and could often be found enjoying the company of friends while sipping a cold Corona. A private memorial service for Cindy will be held on Saturday, April 10th.
