Obituary of Mario A. Benedetto

Mario Benedetto age 93 died peacefully in his home on September 14, 2022.  He was born on December 11, 1928 to the late Robert and Rose Benedetto.  Mario is survived by his loving wife Mary Benedetto, his children , many adored grandchildren, great granchildren and a sister  Mario grew up in Philadelphia and was a member of the plumber's union for over 40 years.  After he graduated high school he joined the Marines and remained Semper Fidelis for his entire life.  Mario was an excellent cook and loved to show off his skills for his card playing buddies.  He was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing up until last year.

Relatives and friends may greet the family Tuesday 9:00 A.M. at Nativity of Our Lord Church 625 W. Street Rd. Warminster. Funeral Mass 10:00 A.M. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park Feasterville.

There was no better Philadelphia sports fan and he never missed watching his favorite teams play.  Everyone who knew Mario will say he always had a smile on his face and loved life
