Obituary of Irene C Coer

Irene C. (Bunny) Coer, 84, of Hatboro, PA, passed peacefully on February 23, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

Born April 22, 1938, in Philadelphia to the late William and Irene (nee McLaughlin) Stinger. She was a graduate of St. Monica's Commercial School, Class of 1956. 

Irene worked several jobs over the years but the one she found most rewarding was caring for infants at The Village School House in Dresher, PA  where she worked for 12 years Following her retirement in 1994  she enjoyed caring for her grandchildren. In her free time, she made regular trips to the casino.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Ellis Coer and her devoted children Bill Coer and his wife Lisa of Horsham and Monica Tritsch and her husband Bill of Hatboro. She was the cherished "Mom Mom" to Andrew, Rachel, Stephen, Olivia, Evan and Emma  and great-grandmom to Camryn.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at St Catherine of Siena, 321 Witmer Rd, Horsham, PA 19044, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
