Eileen P. Coughlin (a/k/a McPeak), age 72, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 3, 2024. Eileen was born in Hillside, New Jersey, on July 2, 1951 to the late William and Mary Coughlin. Eileen was raised in Cliffwood Beach, New Jersey before moving with her family to Warminster, Pennsylvania in 1970. For the past 15 years, Eileen has resided in Lakewood, New Jersey. Eileen is a graduate of LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. For over 35 years, Eileen was a devoted nurse working for such institutions as the St. Mary Medical Center, the VNA of Philadelphia, and the VNA Health Group of New Jersey. She loved home health care and visiting patients at their homes.

Eileen is predeceased by her older brother, William, and her nephew, Sean.

Eileen is survived by her siblings, Brian and his wife Sean, and Michael and his wife Chris, her niece and nephews, Kristin, Eric, Kevin, Matthew and Brian, as well as numerous grand nieces and nephews. She will be always remembered as the “cool” aunt who shared many fun trips to the shore with her niece and nephews and their friends.

In lieu of a memorial service, there will be a private Remembrance Gathering for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or other charity of your choice.
