Obituary of Geraldine Ann O'Malley

Geraldine Ann O'Malley, formerly of Huntingdon Valley, died Thursday, March 24, 2016. She was 81. She was the devoted wife of the late Thomas J. O'Malley. Born in Holmes, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Francis and Eleanor (Arters) Fitzpatrick. Gerry was a graduate of Notre Dame High School for Girls and Fitzgerald Mercy School of Nursing. She was the loving mother of Maureen Toro (Gus), Thomas Jr. (Dee), Cathleen Morgan (John), Eileen Guckavan (Martin), Michael (Debbie), and Patrick (Marianne). She also is survived by 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and her brother, Lawrence Fitzpatrick. Relatives and friends may call 10 a.m. Thursday, at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 856 Euclid Ave., Warrington. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont. In lieu of flowers, donations to Main Line Animal Rescue, 1149 Pike Springs Rd., Phoenixville, PA 19425, would be appreciated.
