Dear Marybeth and Family,
NMS Labs is very sorry for the loss of your Husband, father and grandfather. We will pray for you and your family during this difficult time. Chief Robert H. Ruxton served our township for many years and it was a honor to know him during his time of service to the township thru the Horsham Police Force, Horsham Fire Company along with the many Chief Police Associations and his military service with the United State Navy. He will truly be missed by all within the Community.
